— Acceptance of Terms
By using u8r.net (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. Keep your password and account access secure, and use an email address you control.
— Changes to Terms
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Review changes before continuing to use the Service. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the Service. Applicable legal requirements for notice and consent continue to apply.
— Use of the Service
When creating an account, you agree not to use any username that is illegal, trademarked, offensive, vulgar, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Additionally, by using the Service, you agree to the following:
1. Ban Evasion
You are not permitted to create a new account if your previous account has been banned. Any new accounts created after being banned will also be banned.
2. Account Sharing
Accounts are to be operated by only one individual. Sharing your account credentials or other access keys is prohibited. Accounts found violating this rule may be banned depending on the situation.
3. Malicious Use of Tools
Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, malware, scams, or other malicious activity. Violations may result in suspension.
4. Spamming or Exploiting the Service
Spamming uploads or exploiting any system bugs or vulnerabilities will result in an immediate ban.
— Profiles, Uploads, and Storage
Free accounts include 50MB of file storage; Premium accounts include 2GB. Upload limits apply. Custom domains are available to both Free and Premium accounts. You must control any domain you connect. You retain ownership of your content and must have permission to upload or share it. By submitting content, you permit the Service to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Public profiles and shared media may be viewed or copied by others. Keep independent backups of important files.
— Availability and Connected Features
Features may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Connected accounts and widgets depend on third-party services and their rules. New Spotify account linking is currently unavailable. The dashboard inbox supports site messages and email using a username-based u8r.net address, subject to availability, storage allowances, and sending limits. Formatted messages, inline images, and supported attachments are available; outgoing attachments are limited to 5 files and 5MB per message. PDF, supported image formats, and plain-text downloads are limited to 10 MB each and may expire at the mail provider. Other file types are blocked from downloading. File checks are not malware scanning; only open files from senders you trust. Some unsafe file types and active embedded content are not supported. Do not use the inbox for unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing, or impersonation. Outside email requires the site's mail-service setup to be complete. Once assigned, your mailbox address stays with your account even if you change your username. Designated administrators may review incoming and outgoing messages and attachments for support and moderation, and may make an inbox read-only, temporarily suspend it, or block inbox access. — Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or loss-free storage. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
— Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, sales of delivered digital products are final and non-refundable. Review the current price, included features, and purchase instructions before paying. For purchase issues, contact the operator through the official Discord community. This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights.
— Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of scamming, doxing, leaking private pictures or personal information, or discussing DDoS attacks. View botting, whether on your own profile or others', is also prohibited and will result in the immediate permanent suspension of your account.
— Enforcement and Account Closure
Content or accounts that violate these terms may be restricted, removed, or suspended. Self-service account deletion is currently unavailable; contact the operator to request account closure. Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.
