This policy explains how u8r.net handles information when you use its profiles, file hosting, dashboard, and connected features.
Information stored by the service
We collect account details such as your username, email address, password information, and account activity, plus the profiles, uploads, links, and messages you submit. Technical and usage data may include IP addresses, browser information, approximate country, and visitor identifiers.
How information is used
We use information to run your account, display your content, provide site features and statistics, send account emails, and keep the service safe. If you use the inbox, email providers process sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments, and delivery information to send and receive your email. Your username-based mailbox address is visible to people you email. Inbox messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Designated administrators can review all incoming and outgoing inbox messages and attachments for support and moderation, including messages removed from a user's inbox while they remain retained by the service. Staff can also restrict inbox access. Viewing remotely hosted images in email may contact the image host and reveal network and browser information to that host.
Public profiles and uploads
Published profiles, links, connected-account displays, and shared media can be viewed or copied by others. Do not upload private information to public areas. Dashboard messages are not part of your public profile.
Cookies and connected services
We use cookies to keep you signed in. Connecting another service may share account information and authorize us to access features you choose to use. You can manage connections in your settings or revoke access with the provider.
Infrastructure and third parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Service providers help with hosting, storage, email, security, and connected features, and receive information needed for those purposes under their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. External websites and services have their own policies.
Retention, deletion, and security
Self-service account deletion is currently unavailable. Contact the operator through our Discord community to request access, correction, or deletion. We retain information as needed to operate the service and meet security and legal obligations. Deletion may not immediately remove backups or copies held by others. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use u8r.net and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has submitted personal information, contact the operator so the account can be reviewed.
Policy changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Review this page when deciding what information to share with the service. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable privacy law.
